Vauxhall security pass

Has anybody who bought a grandland x have the car security pass in there service pack?? I only ask as when I bought my 68reg 1.5 sport nav last November it didn’t come with its security pass which I thought I should’ve been there. I know most cars these days need a security pass to access settings i...

Re: Lights interior & exterior

Thanks for the reply. Nothing had changed since Saturday all switches were in the correct position. I had a look today and found the ends of the bulbs were either hanging off or just off altogether. I’ve replaced with new ones and they all work as they should.

Re: Lights interior & exterior

I converted my 68 plate grandland x interior bulbs 2-3 weeks ago and now the front and rear dome lights that come in when you open the door no longer light up. The glovebox and boot leds still work. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how was it fixed?
Thanks in advance

Re: Headlights upgrade (retrofit)

Thanks for the info. I’ll have a look later on and decide what to do next. Does the auto main beam still work with these bulbs? Cheers again

Re: Headlights upgrade (retrofit)

Which bulbs did you buy for the headlights and the fogs?

Re: retrofits

Am I right in thinking you were also on the Vectra c owners club forum offering the same service? If so your kits are the best to use. I’m wanting to have the rear parking camera system for my car, how hard is it to fit? Do you need GM MDI to activate it once wired up??
Cheers

Re: Space saver spare wheel size

You can but you have to make sure the rolling radius stays the same as your original wheel. It’ll be easier in the long run just buying the 18” spare then you know you’ll be good for a future puncture. I had a similar problem with my old Vectra c, I had the vxr 345mm front brakes on and the original...

Re: Rear twin fog light upgrade

I’m still looking into this but the price for a second hand unit from Europe is ridiculous. Some sellers on eBay won’t even post to the uk. It looks as though I’ll have to trawl the web a bit longer to see if I can get a decent rear light for a good price.

Front fog light bulb swap

Does anybody know how to get to the front fog light bulb holders so I can swap the bulbs over for my sportz blue bulbs??
I haven’t been under the car yet so don’t know if there is a flap attached to underside of car to allow access.
Thanks in advance
