Re: Front and Rear view camera retrofit
Good job! Just for reference... this is what the factory one looks like, you get a 360 overhead view on the right and the 'normal' view on the left.. you can switch this to a 'conventional' view just looking out the back. I just love this setup, you can see exactly how you're parking, and the system...

Re: 2021 Grandland owner
Hello Chris, good choice. Despite what you read on here, some of us are very happy with our cars. Love my Hybrid4.. it goes like a rocket and sure there are a lot of 'quirks' but if you read this forum before you bought your car, you won't be dissappointed with things like electric range, and how it...

Re: Screen display, top line
Got any pictures to show the problem? Maybe this is a feature that changed version to version and/or it only works with certain media. So.. DAB I think transmits the song name, FM doesn't, not sure about connected media or USB. What are you expecting to see??

Re: Performance chips
Which one are you considering? I can only find TDI tuning for my car.. should take it to 350hp.. but I think I better call them first to check out what it does... https://tdi-tuning.com/en-gb/car/vauxhall/grandland-x/16-turbo-hybrid4-222-bhp-225-ps-165-kw-520-nm-384-lbft-from-2020/crtd4-multi-channe...

Re: Connected service not compatible
My car was similar.. it didn't want to do anything until i put the latest firmware on it.. takes several hours to do that, and then you have to wait a day or so for it to register and start working.

Re: How many miles do you get out of the Hybrid in full electric mode?
I've had my grandland hybrid for about 2 months. I charge it using a 3 pin plug at home or at work. The first 4 or 5 charges it showed 34 miles range. The last 6 or 7 charges it is only giving me 18 miles. The car is 2 years old. I have it booked in to be looked at because apparently there is a rec...

Well, I did the nav update first and then it didn't like the map. I still have the map to do, just waiting to do a long drive to put it in...

Re: Unable to update after download
The Grandland seems to be quite sensitive to USB sticks. I had similar issues and it ended up that the only one that worked from both the PC and car end was a 64GB Sandisk Ultra Flair, I bought mine from Argos for 15 quid to try and make sure I didn't get a fake (there are a lot out there).

Re: How many miles do you get out of the Hybrid in full electric mode?
At 21 miles earlier this week. Now at 22 with the warm spell! @huffy if you can find that chart it would be very handy to see. Looking forward to 40 in the summer! I am pretty sure the car calculates range based on driving style, and usually garages rag the car. Friend of mine's son had a GPS tracke...

Re: Hybrid dropping out of "Ready"
Hope you got it fixed. I've never experienced this one yet, but maybe because I'm not generally sitting around with the ignition on, stationary. Seems not unreasonable for the car to decide that you're not going anywhere and stand down because its getting bored (technical explanation there... LOL) b...
