Re: The most annoying service indicator ever
Garage will be resetting it tomorrow anyway. I’m sure if you manually reset it, it’ll reset for 12 months and you’ll never get true service dates after that. One thing that has really annoyed me with this feature though is the constant pings with the sat nav to go to a dealership.

Re: The most annoying service indicator ever
Thanks. Do you know how long it’s reset for? Will it be 12 months or a temp reset?

The most annoying service indicator ever
This is a service indicator. It’s been on for 2 months now. Why do they feel the need to have a spanner in white next to the odometer for two months. I know it needs its expensive 12 month service and it’s booked in for Monday. So now today as the two months has run out I now get an orange spanner t...

Re: Panoramic 360 degree Camera
The thing I find is a bit annoying is when you drive forward into a parking bay and then go into reverse to straighten up there is a nice picture of your position. If you then need to pull forward to move further into the bay the picture disappears. So once one has gone forward you have to go into ...

Re: Stop start has never worked
But dealers love customers to think that way. It’s all more money for them to tell you nothing is wrong. I’d just buy a decent code reader and do it yourself.

Re: firmware/satnav updates
Would be great if Vauxhall gave us a synopsis of what the updates do, so we can make a decision to install. Too much hard work to do that though isn’t it.

Re: Stop start has never worked
It’s the battery. Simple as that. If there’s Not enough power the stop/ start doesn’t work. Please also note there is a small cable that plugs into the side of the battery area. This is the battery system diagnostic. If this is faulty it thinks the battery isn’t any good, so when having the battery ...

Re: Update help
Happens a lot. It’s a right faff updating these cars. … might find if you try it a few times it then registers if not it might be your usb. Is it brand new or been used before? Always best to have a brand new one and only ever used for these regular updates they throw out.

Re: Vauxhall app vs Apple, Google play.
Totally get where you’re coming from. I’ve run into the same issue. I prefer using the app too because it gives me all the info I need, like fuel levels and trip details. It’s a bit of a hassle that you can’t use both at the same time, but I guess it’s just how the car’s system is set up. If you wa...
