Battery replacement

Hi, I am planning to fit a new battery and was going to fit a AGM type in place of the original factory fit. It is on a 68 plate 1.2 petrol car. Is it just a straight swap I hear that it may need some reprogramming, and if so how do you do that. Thanks in advance

Mine stopped today but found that mobile internet tick had dropped out on the phone settings, made sure all 3 ticks were back on and it started again.

Re: My Vauxhall App - Issue

no it’s not LOOK. There is my phone in the house and over there is my car [/quote] The map that you show is not the one that I have on the MyVauxhall app, the only way that it knows where the car is if you click on 'Set my current.' location just below the map. So you can then find your way back to...

Midinotes wrote: Mon Jan 11, 2021 2:19 pm Thanks Dbuckel, that sounds encouraging! Maybe I'll also raise another case, although last time I did they just came back with the usual response of reinstalling the app etc. Worth pursuing then! :-)
I have sent you a pm on this forum with details that I used to raise the case

Re: Map &firmware updates

Does anyone know if this latest update to the firmware works with a mid 2018 Grandland? I only ask because I haven’t managed to get the MyVauxhall app connecting to my car via bluetooth, despite trying everything. Mine is a 2018.5 build, the firmware worked fine with mine, With the MyVauxhall app i...

Re: OnStar Services and Wi-Fi ending 31st December 2020

Had a respond from customer services today on an issue and they have said:- "Vauxhall connect will take OnStar's place at the start of 2021, you will be notified before the start of 2021". So we must wait and see what other services they will take over, hopefully the vehicle tracking will ...
