Re: 1.2T Petrol Grandland / 3 Cylinder Engines - Opinions
I have my Grandland 1.2 petrol turbo on a personal contract hire lease deal. It is unfortunate that because of the Covid restrictions I have not been able to make as much use of the car as I would have liked to. I took a leap of faith and ordered it without test driving one but I must say I am very ...

Re: Tesco Petrol
I puzzles me that the majority of motorists spend thousands of pounds on their cars, the VED can cost £150 and the insurance is another few hundred, but few seem willing to spend an additional ten or fifteen pence per litre on a premium brand of petrol. I ceased buying supermarket petrol years ago f...

Re: front sensors. My Grandland is an SE spec, first registered In September 2019 and does NOT have front sensors. I studied the brochure spec in detail and knew beforehand that it did not come with them and therefore I was not surprised nor disappointed. Strangely though, it does have the 3 pin pow...

Re: My Great Grandland
Nice video review. You said that you had a puncture. Do you carry a spare wheel and tyre / brace / jack or did you have to fall back on the can of slime ? If the latter I would be pleased to learn how you got on with it.

Re: Key Case?
This is rather strange and slightly suspicious. I read the two posts above early this morning and then about three hours later in my email inbox is an email from ebay showing me key cases for Vauxhalls. How are these two separate issues linked as I have not been on ebay looking for a key case ? Cook...

Re: Privacy Glass
ancient and loyal, I agree with dbuckel, above. Consequently although you missed out on the rear privacy glass which is listed as an option for £275 I believe that your model should have as standard a heated front windscreen and also the fixed panel glass panoramic roof. Is that the case ? edit, can...

Re: Privacy Glass
Which spec do you have, is it brand new and when was it ordered by you ? Vauxhall regularly change / upgrade/ downgrade the specs and if you read many of the posts on this forum you will find that several Grandland X owners did not receive the car they were expecting. Specifically, the powered tailg...

Re: Clutch pedal starting ?
I have 1.2 petrol SE spec with manual gearbox. This morning I deliberately kept both feet on the floor and turned the ignition key. It started just fine with no footbrake and no clutch pedal depressed.

Re: Radio on off button
I think it might be press the round centre button once and it mutes the radio, press and hold in for a second or two to turn it off completely.
Try that and let us know how you get on.
