If it has a radio R 4.0 Intellilink, with a 7" inch screen then for sure there is no sat nav. Its only the Navi 5.0 IntelliLink with a 8" screen that has a sat nav.

Hi The R 4.0 Intellilink, with a 7" inch screen system is the non Nav version.

I would contact them and question the £1 for screen wash. It may sound petty but if they are doing this to everyone that's a lot of money. I am charged normally around £159,99for a service. I always book it through the Vauxhall website cheaper than the R&D website.

I would disconnect and forget the Bluetooth connection on the phone and the car. Then add the connection again ticking the Mobile data box and see if it then works.

It should say on your phone settings allow data/internet services. There is a box on the Nav screen to allow phone options which I think it says something similar. I will double check later as not near my car.
