Vauxhall had many issues with the software update for the screen. I would try again as it was recently fixed.

It sounds like an excuse to me. Its either a heated windscreen or its not. The only strip on the heated windscreens that doesnt clear very well is the centre this is due to the part not being heated with the lines like the rest. Can you see any lines faintly across the screen sometimes easier to see...

I'm sorry, I still can't get this to work ... this screen is now stuck on, even when I turn the car off completely it stays on for about 30 mins after & is the screen that appears when I unlock the car. Please please please help. Try pressing and holding the phone button for at least 30 seconds...

There was an issue with the updates recently but this has now been resolved and should work now
