Thank you! I’ll give that a good once it’s possible.
Many thanks

Re: Map &firmware updates
Thanks Dbuckel, that sounds encouraging! Maybe I'll also raise another case, although last time I did they just came back with the usual response of reinstalling the app etc. Worth pursuing then!

Re: Map &firmware updates
Does anyone know if this latest update to the firmware works with a mid 2018 Grandland? I only ask because I haven’t managed to get the MyVauxhall app connecting to my car via bluetooth, despite trying everything.

Re: Home Screen on Grandland x ecotech
Yes on the bigger screen (with sat nav) you can tap 3 fingers on the screen to go to the “home screen”, however said homescreen is just a load of icons for different options. There is no way to have a bigger time/date or temperature display. I think in this respect the smaller screen without sat nav...

Re: Vauxhall Website Grandland Build and Price
Doubt if it’s the engines, the puretech 1.2 is a well established award winning engine that’s been used across the PSA range for a number of years.

Re: Vauxhall Website Grandland Build and Price
Yes I just noticed that, I wonder if there are plans to release a new model Grandland for 2021 or if they are trying to push the hybrid?

Re: petrol fuel cap doesn't tighten
That’s what happened to mine, although I bought the car used and it was like that. Luckily I had it fixed under warranty (as you say they replaced the entire petrol tank!). Needless to say I am now extremely careful with tightening the cap, pretty crap though construction.

Re: Grandland X Sri nav
Unless you have the additional buttons next to the climate controls for the heated seats, and the button in the left cluster of steering controls for the heated steering wheel then you won’t have those options. They are standard on the Elite models and above, optional on others.

Re: Anti Roll Bar driver side front
I had a strange hollow knocking/rattle in mine when going over broken road surfaces. At first I was convinced it was the rear boot floor panel. Then I thought it was the spare wheel tool kit box. After getting it checked over it was that the drop links needing replacing. Done under warranty, now it’...

Re: Wireless Carplay / Access Siri
@Zice, Interested to know you tried the wireless carplay unit on the Grandland. Which unit did you try? Could you give us a bit more detail of your experiences? I don’t know anyone else who has tried it on the Grandland, but sounds like it worked ok? I haven’t ever been able to use the trip and cons...
