MyVauxhall-App and Grandland X
Has anyone tried the MyVauxhall-App, whether iOS or Android with their Vauxhall Grandland X? I have set up my Vauxhall account and I have managed to get Vauxhall Connect working with the Sat Nav. It now displays traffic information and road closures, as well as weather conditions. However I thought ...

Re: Foot pedals
My next Grandland will definitely be an automatic! Like you I came from a series of Vauxhalls, having only ever had VX's since I past my test. First car was a Cavalier, then an Omega, a Vectra, a Corsa, an Insignia and an Astra GTC. This is the only Vauxhall I've owned where it just does not feel li...

Re: voice command address book last name first
If anyone has had any success with the built in voice guidance for the 8" infotainment system on the Grandland then do let me in to the secret! I have resorted to using mainly Siri on Carplay. I have had 'limited' success with the built in voice system, although it seems you have to remember ex...

Re: Recommendations for quiet tyres on Grandland X 1.2T petrol Sport Nav (18s)
Just updating to say I've just come back from having 4 brand new Michelin Primacy 3 tyres fitted to my Grandland 1.2T petrol sport nav (18s). Wow, they are virtually silent compared to the worn tyres including an odd continental on the rear before. Previous tyres had done an impressive 26K on the fr...

Re: Moving from Astra to Grandland X
I am glad to be of help and happy to answer any questions. Also my Grandland is a mid 2018 model Sport so I don't have the newer improved seats that are now standard in most models. I like that the seat cushioning isn't too soft but at the same time not too hard - just right. Of course 7 years of dr...

Re: Moving from Astra to Grandland X
Hi. I had an Astra GTC and in the last couple of years I have suffered with sciatica and pains in my right leg. I have been commuting some 90 miles a day (motorway) to work for probably 7 years in my Astra and whilst it was a comfortable car, I wasn't aware that over time it wasn't great for my spin...

Re: live navigation update
Fantastic! I had no idea about this but I signed up and once I had tethered my iPhone over Bluetooth I was able to get realtime traffic updates, weather forecasts, petrol prices. Anyone know if it does anything else or whether this will also allow me to connect to the My Vauxhall app so I can check ...

Re: live navigation update
Does this actually work with tethering? I have a 2018 plate Grandland X sport with the 8 inch navi system and I have tried connecting my iPhone via Bluetooth then going to the connections screen. It shows options for cable (USB) and Bluetooth, but I couldn’t get it to connect. I’ve also installed th...

Re: petrol fuel cap doesn't tighten
So following the service they also have told me that the problem is due to the latching pegs on the filler pipe being damaged and that it will need a complete new filler line to be fitted. They have asked Vauxhall to authorise it under warranty and will let me know, so I am keen to see what they say...

Re: New tyres
Particularly interested if anyone has discovered really quiet tyres for 18 inch wheels?
