Re: Infotainment software

Mine is the same mate. Don't really know why. Need to update it again though - you've got a newer system version than I do.

Re: Take Care Message

Probably a stupid question but the driver display pinged this morning and showed a picture of a cup of tea or coffee and text "Take Care". Is this just a random safety, take a break type message? I had only been driving three minutes. :) That's the only info I can find in the manual. I've...

Re: Stop / Start issues

Having purchased a vehicle with stop / start, I expect the feature which I’ve paid for, to work as expected. When it works it can be turned off. I have no confidence in the future of electric vehicles by GM/PSA if they can’t resolve a stop/start issue in current vehicles. Oh yeah completely agree i...

Re: Stop / Start issues

Why do people bother to use S/S (when it works) anyways? First thing I do is always switch it off. Personally I find it to be the most annoying and useless feature ever created.

Trip Odometer Resetting

Good evening good people, I was wondering whether anyone else is experiencing this issue. On our dashboards we have 2 odometers. One is the cars overall mileage and the other one is trip odometer. According to the manual the trip odometer can be reset by pressing a button on the dash - great. Howeve...

Re: Instrument Panel Fuse Box

Hi My new nextbase dashcam requires a permanent live I was thinking of using the central locking fuse or is there a better option. Apparently it has a voltage sensor so it wont drain the battery. thanks in advance Hey, I wouldn't recommend you use any fuse that is related to locking system, airbags...

Re: Fuel cap door

You've mentioned your car is from 2018. Any chance there's warranty left on it? They'll tell you there's charges but if it's under warranty you won't pay. You could try and put your hand on the flap and wiggle it a bit then press it with a bit more pressure. My dad had an issue like that in the past...

Re: Map &firmware updates

To date I'd not attempted to do any updates on my 2019 1.2 Elite Nav as previously it seemed to be a process difficult to carry out. However, I've now installed the Vauxhall software, downloaded the files and loaded the files to a USB stick. That part of the process now seems to be relatively strai...

Re: Map &firmware updates

Do you think we will ever have wireless android auto on grandland x? You can get a wireless Android Auto as standard on some cars. Grandland unfortunately doesn't come with it. Might be an option in the new facelift models but as it stands it's not available on Grandlands and as far as I'm aware it...
