Re: New Vauxhall Grandland arrives with bold new looks
It's not bad I must say. Interior looks pretty much the same so let's hope the new Vizor thing will work well. Rear almost same however the Grandland badge across the middle do make it look a bit more modern and I wanna say "premium". The judgement is still out about the front. Not too kee...

Re: 1.2T Petrol Grandland / 3 Cylinder Engines - Opinions
Either way they are more expensive. Electrics / Hybrid are far from being a good option for me or my mum. Too much risk with them. Standard petrol for my mum and diesel for me cause I do a lot of miles.

Re: 1.2T Petrol Grandland / 3 Cylinder Engines - Opinions
Thanks guys. Yeah there's lots of good opinions about those engines but it is still fairly new. I'm just afraid it might not last very long - there isn't that many "long term" reviews or information yet I think. Her 1.4L 75bhp petrol is brilliant and she's very happy with it. I had same mo...

1.2T Petrol Grandland / 3 Cylinder Engines - Opinions
Hi, My mum will be changing her beloved Corsa in the near future for something bigger. She drives often but short distances (around town) and sometimes slightly further. She absolutely fell in love with the new Ford Puma but after seeing my Grandland she's now not sure what car to go for at all - Pu...

Re: Diamond Black 2019 1.2 Elite Garden Ornament
Hi everyone. Yeah black looks wonderful when waxed and polished - my previous cars was a Corsa Black Edition so I know the pitfalls of black. The other colour I would have gone for was Moonstone Grey. I hate cleaning cars so get a mobile wash and wax every now and then and after that I try not to t...

Re: Paint Code
Thanks GRANDLANDX68. Hopefully G8Z is the same as ERD, otherwise I now have a bi-tone Grandland. thumbnail_IMG_20210605_171453_2.jpg I'm no expert but it clearly says Topaz Blue on that picture lol. I hope that isn't the one you bought and if it is then try a little on some old cardboard before usi...

Re: Map &firmware updates
Try this: - file:///C:/Users/User/Downloads/Vauxhall-Connect-user-guide-20210309.pdf Unfortunately that won't work. You've posted a link to a file that's on your computer so nobody but you can access that mate. Try to find a file sharing / uploading service online - upload it there then share the l...

Re: Automatic Tilting Mirrors
This will be a bit obvious but are you sure you've got electric mirrors? Do they fold when you lock the car? I know the basic trim level on Grandlands doesn't have that feature cause for example at work when I park next to colleagues Grandland, her mirrors are always open. Maybe factory messed up an...

Re: Powered Tailgate
No problem mate. Sorry that didn't sort the issue. I'm not a mechanic so this might sound a bit daft but have you tried the second key to see if that works? Maybe it's the key itself that's the problem?

Re: Powered Tailgate
Recently took delivery of a 21 plate Griffin. I cannot get the powered boot to open apart from the switch beneath the registration plate. I have tried pressing and holding the button on the key, tried waving my foot. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Thanks A Waving the foot is pointless. It ...
