I sometimes have the same, shift lever will not move from P until I lift & depress (foot) brake again. Not sure if its the timing of the initial application of foot brake or an issue with some brake switch (connected to brake lights). I've just got used to this feature over the 2 years of owners...

I wasn't keen on those alloys either, so spec'd the all road pack (intelligrip option) to get different wheels & all season tyres.

This has always been a feature with my Grandland which I'm prepared to live with, usually when I indicate to turn right. A post elsewhere on this forum suggested the car detects a power surge when indicating, triggering the Sat Nav to show repair dealerships - remedied by a change of headlight unit ...

As Grandland68 says, 135/80 R18 104M is the correct tyre size.

Yes, it's normal on my Grandland whenever I manoeuvre in my driveway without the seat belt on.
