I mainly use Tesco petrol in my Grandland, but usually Tesco Momentum 99 (Super unleaded). Over 15,000 miles so far at 40 mpg +, with no issues.

MPG will be dependent on the type of journeys you are doing. I'm getting 40 mpg with my mix of journeys, but if you only do short journeys (where car doesn't get to normal operating temperature) or city driving - 28 mpg may be right. Not sure of any issues there have been with the Autos? The manuals have had problems with gearbox whines, in both Grandlands & 3008s. I find the 'Made in Japan' sticker on my auto box very reassuring.
