I found a good hack. If you get wax on the trim and it leaves white marks the best thing to take it off is a standard, run of the mill eraser, a good old school rubber!

I've got a 2018 1.6 D auto,about 23000 mls and I average 37.1mpg,mostly round town. Still better than the 15 - 16 mpg I got with my AUDI S4.
