Mine is a 2018 and it says mine is not compatible for the vehicle data but is for live navigation and speed cameras.

What type of noise is it your having. Mines had a clunking and squealing noise when pressing the brake when reversing. Similar too a sticky brake. I have had the discs and pads replaced.

Took it for a run to the nearest speed camera and it works . Even shows a motorway blockage oh happy days.

Fantastic folks I now have Tom Tom traffic and the connection stays. Thanks for all your advice.

I would disconnect and forget the Bluetooth connection on the phone and the car. Then add the connection again ticking the Mobile data box and see if it then works. Went out the car and in the Bluetooth settings I pressed the mobile data check box and saved it. I went back in and it was unchecked .

All the mobile data stuff is checked on my phone. It is really frustrating and Vauxhall have been no help whatsoever.
