Can anyone tell me what bulbs for fog lights on a 19 Plate

What bulbs is it for the fog lights .I know headlights high & Dipped Are H7 as iv now fitted Philips Xtreme Vision +130% .And what a big big difference no yellow glow and much brighter

Dose anyone know what size of wheel to order .I have the 19 inch diamond cut alloys .and would prefer to have a wheel rather than that gunk ..A replacement alloy is only £166 ? Plus a Tyre is needed but would not fit in the wheel holder so space saver is needed ASAP
