Re: Firmware Update

you don't need Bluetooth tethering enabled for the app to work, I tested it a couple of weeks ago. seems to me a problem between iPhone and car, I could be wrong, but it seems everyone I have heard say it does not work has an iPhone. on my android phone, I did not need to do anything, it just starte...

Re: OnStar Services and Wi-Fi ending 31st December 2020

I only do approximately 10 miles a day, which at the moment is on 20 minutes driving, during march which was same distance but longer time driving, I used under 11mb.

I think I read somewhere they say you need a least 100mb to be available to be safe.

Re: OnStar Services and Wi-Fi ending 31st December 2020

I disabled my tethering and it still connects up and tracts my j...

Re: OnStar Services and Wi-Fi ending 31st December 2020

Not sure on an iPhone, but I don't think you need it activated for the app to work, I take it you have the satnav infotainment system as this is needed for this to work. Like I said, I have TomTom traffic enable and danger zone alerts, so don't know if this is needed. At the moment yours sound like ...

Re: OnStar Services and Wi-Fi ending 31st December 2020

The speed camera alert shows up in the speedometer screen , next to the road speed limit sign, it works either when you have a route planned or just have satnav screen on, will try with radio screen on tomorrow to see if it works. Also traffic congestion and weather show up on screen, without having...
