Update. They did the update from technical which they would day what this involved. Then they did the same as before said the battery was low and needed charging. I need to drive it more they charged the battery and it worked for a few days now nothing.

i did that .originally ,( THE CEO MR NORMAN ) . thats why my car got to the garage in the first place to have all those faults sorted . but they had answers for all of them , with basically not much getting done . all i want doing by them now is the big door dent and bumper paint peel . not forgett...

I have noticed issues with My Vauxhall App since updating it as it records some of my journeys and others it doesn't this didn't happen before.

When did you order your Hybrid Elite? as I would check the brochure as Coatgallou has shown above. I would query with the dealership as well. If your not happy maybe try the Motor ombudsman. The CEO office will be able to contact technical and their back offices who will be able to find out when the...
