Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here!
Back on the forum after picking up my latest Grandland Ultimate earlier in the week. This is now my third Grandland which must say something. I have been driving a new Astra hybrid for the past three months. The new Astra is a delightful car but the hybrid option was not for me due to the very limi...

Re: Reverse parking sensor logs?
No problem. Hope you get it resolved.
Your Wife did the right thing by taking photos of both cars as this will help if you want to challenge it.
Sounds like they might not follow up and were just trying their luck.

Re: Reverse parking sensor logs?
Hi mattyboy
Sadly they dont keep a log of when they go off.
If she did reverse the rear parking sensors as you say should of been active on the screen and made a beeping noise or continous beep when right up close.
Does you car have just sensors and no camera?
Sorry if thats not much help.

Re: Problems with the Satnav system
Hello jakerossman
So it wont change volume with the control knob or steering wheel controls?
If so the best way is to hold the phone button for 30 seconds and this reboots the system which resolves most issues.

Have you tried holding the phone button for 30 seconds?
This reboots the system and normally sorts most issues.

Re: Sunroof blind broke
Hello Michelledoherty19 Does the motor make any noise when you press the buttons? Have you tried gently pushing around the edges to see if its caught or come loose. The dealership still have a requirement to look and repair if the fault is the same as it should be guaranteed for 1 year unless otherw...

Re: New Grandland Windscreen leeks
Ah ok I didnt know which model you had so its a standard roof then.
Have you tried looking on the windscreen outside? Does it look ok?
Inside does the roof lining near the windscreen feel wet?
If its under warranty then worth getting booked in.
