Just finished the side steps on my Grandland X . Took about 1.5 hours start to finish so easy no drilling.

Direct 4X4 ordered on Thursday and delivered on Friday.
The instructions in the box were not so good good so I emailed them
And they sent me a fantastic PDF with fitting instructions and also a
YouTube video on how to fit them.
plus if you order via ebay you get £20.00 discount.

yes , same question , if I had some , they would have to be the genuine factory ones .

but I would fit them myself , as a dealer would end up damaging something and causing extra unneeded hassle .

I'm looking at buying a set of running boards for my Grandland X and I'm a little concerned I won't be able to get them fitted because I have Vauxhall Mudflaps fitted all round and somebody told me I would lose the the front flaps if I had boards fitted and yet I looked at Vauxhalls Website and it shows all 4 Mudflaps and the running boards in situ together, has anyone had experience of this, I can't fit them myself as I'm partially disabled and I'm certainly not paying £500 plus at my main dealer, I've seen several sets online at much better prices, whether or not they are generic or genuine remains to be seen!!

My Grandland X side steps arrived yesterday and a local garage agreed to fit them this morning as I'm partially disabled and unable to fit them myself, I've just returned home so very pleased how they look now they've been fitted, the garage took under 2 hours to fit them and charged me £100 which works out less than 50% what my local Vauxhall dealer would charge at £500 plus Vat !!, I should point out I've got Vauxhall Mudflaps fitted all round and the running boards fitted with space to spare, I bought them from Parttechcc Limited off Ebay for £129.90 and I'd highly recommend them, even my wife likes them now they're on after saying "Why do you want them anyway?" But we all know what wives can be like don't we!!🤣

Good to hear you had not problem getting them fitted, It would be good to see photos of them on your car.
