How do I use the wireless charger for my Samsung s9+? When I put the phone in the holder I just get an orange light. What is supposed to happen?

Hi julesbd71.. see the other articles with regards wireless charging.. unfortunately it appears your phone may be a model not supported by the Grandlands wireless charging facility...

Dealer showed me today a technical bulletin from VX that stated the wireless charger does not work with the following phones:
iPhone 8
iPhone 8 Plus
iPhone X
Samsung S8
Samsung S8 Plus

Only the Samsung’s are stated on VX website not to be compatible

Bulletin also said that it was because the charger is v1 and they currently do not have any plans for a v2 version which supports the above phones.

... looks like you need to chat with your local dealer for an up to date list..
