Grandland x Emissions Person engine Fault HELP!

Hi

I have a Vauxhall Grandland X Elite Nav Diesel

After driving 100 miles I had a fault come up stating engine emissions fault, top up adblue and countdown from 700 miles stating vehicle will not start.

Here's what I noticed and have done so far.

Ad blue was full so no issues there
I noticed a lot of black stuff coming from the adblu injector. This has since been removed and cleaned and I've put it back on and it still the same.

I've also attached diagnostic data to this post.

Noticed a leaky pipe under the car yesterdaybut I've now sorted this and it's still the same. I think it was the ad blu supply pipe.

Which engine,1.5,1.6,2.0 ?
Do you still get the same codes back after clearing them ?
Does your scan tool have a DEF injector reset option ?
Does your scan tool have a Reductant Injection Quantity Test ?

Hi its a 2019 1.5 diesel

The scan we took wouldn't let it reset but my friend who scanned it said it may need tech 3 software?

I'm in the west Midlands and im looking for somewhere reliable to take it to get it sorted.

You'll probably find the injector is still stuck closed,
if your scan tool has an injector quantity test it should be possible to remove it and test if it's now injecting and check the spray pattern looks ok
