Firmware Update

Success

At last I have managed to update the firmware of the Navi/Radio, after loads of attempts, it look like I just needed to name the license folder in lower case, took around 30 minutes to complete

Don't know what it fixes/updates, but i know it sort out iphone contacts isssues

Is that the firmware you downloaded from the Peugeot website ?

Yes, it is from Peugeot website, seems to make radio faster and more responsive, I know it helps if you have an iPhone from Peugeot forums, and it is the same as current factory built

The killer question we all want to know...does it make the screen text white and not grey!!!! :o :lol:

Sorry, it makes no difference to that. It does not bother me to much, would be better if it was white or had the choice, but for me not to bothered

I would like to update my software from the Peugeot site, can you confirm that no Peugeot logos are displayed anywhere after the update?

The logos all stay the same, you will notice no difference there.

the main thing i have noticed is everything seems to start quicker, have not seen module charging message since update

Use your VIN number on Peugeots satnav update page, download from there
