Checked the Peugeot Website and its offering

Cartography : V (for Version)16.0.0-r0 25/11/19 and/or software : V (for Version)21.07.67.32_NAC-r0 14/05/19

Anyone tried these versions on a Grandland?
2019 Vauxhall Grandland x 1.5 TurboDiesel SportNav Auto (Jasper Grey)

I have just tried to update mine with the firmware from the Peugeot website and it says version not compatible with hardware.

Any ideas?

picked my grandland up 20 mins ago from Vauxhall dealer , and its got version 21.08.22.32 NAC-r0 24/07/19 .
hope its sorted the problems .

Thanks. I guess a trip to dealership will be in order as Peugeot site doesn't work. Mines 21.07.16.31_NAC-r0 23/04/2018. Is yours a 2018 model?

yes its 2018 model year . it was on version 21.06.47.34 28/11/17 .

it took 3 trips to the dealer over six months .
every time they said its had the latest update done , but it came back with the same version number every time.
I got a Vauxhall case number going before xmas , then the dealer this morning said , we have found an update for you

I did not believe it had been done , until I checked the software version in there carpark .

it will be done under warranty , just say your system keeps freezing and cutting off on a weekly basis .

tell them what the latest software number is , so that they cannot tell you any rubbish about there being no latest update available .

they did that to me for six months , until I mentioned a Vauxhall case number to them .

They wouldn't update mine as they said mine has the latest version for my car.

I have just tried the Peugeot website again and managed to install the new firmware myself. Its version 21.08.24.12_NAC-r0 Dated 04/12/19
