Hazard lights & cruise control

Hi,

Just wanted to know if anyone else has these "issues"

Sometimes when i turn the car off the hazard lights flash for around 10 secs for no reason.

also cruise control i set to say 30mph its always 29mph same thing with 70mph shows 69mph
