Having same problem when there’s a frost the car unlocks so you get in and then the door doesn’t shut even slamming it don’t work.
So having to hold it shut whilst pressing central locking button to close it
Or you unlock it and it seams as though the door is frozen shut , so I open the rear drivers door which always unlocks and shuts bye the way reach in and open with ease from the inside......then of course it won’t shut from the outside as it doesn’t catch without holding it shut and pressing lock on key fob
Ridiculous for a car only 12 moths old and done less than 3000 miles

I also have the same issue, I unlock the car and the drivers door will not open, I have to go round to the passengers side and open the drivers door from the inside. This only happens in cold weather, below freezing.
I managed to video this yesterday and I called the dealer and they took the car in straight away and stripped the door panel off to see if the problem replicated again this morning. They have ordered a new door locking mechanism and I am currently awaiting a call from the dealer to see when this will be ready to collect.
The car is less than two years old and has only covered 12,000 miles.
