Dashboard storage lid

Had my new Grandland on Friday, opened the storage today where the usb point is and now it won’t close; any suggestions please

Welcome on board!

These things are sent to challenge us...To be honest its where I leave my phone, plugged in to a very short USB cable, so I leave it open pretty much all the time.

I remember reading here someone forced it and it broke....so either try very very gently....or leave it till your next service and let the garage try and then replace it

Hi I had the same issue and took it back to the garage and they replaced it.

Think I'm going to have to return mine as the lid will not close on my Grandland X
