I think i unpacked it with winrar. Not sure anymore though

Oh ok. I will try again with Winrar but I dont think its going to work. The Tomtom links go to homepage so no idea why it works for some and others not.

Vauxhall mention "Winzip" but that never worked for me. I successfully used "Winrar" and " 7-zip" on my last update in February.

I used 7-Zip aswell on the last update. I am going to try again with Winrar and the Magentacloud link to see what happens.

I have just tried again with WinRAR and it gives me the same message version is not compatible with hardware.

Works ok on the facebook groups allows full links. everyone seems to get it to work on there
