Hi,
On my 20 plate Grandland I have 2 possible faults but I can’t convince myself that they are faults.

The first is the blind spot monitor light on the drivers side wing mirror that activates when no object is near. It seems to be linked to light braking of the car but it doesn’t happen every time.

Next is a warning that appears saying that the drivers door is open , press brake and park brake button to release, or something to that affect when I know that the door is closed and hasn’t been opened while waiting in the car.

Maybe others have the same issues, it would be good to know if they are issues or just characteristics of the vehicle.

Thanks

Nic

I have the same issue with mine. Says drivers door is open when its not. It comes on when i stop and pick up a passanger without turning ignition off. And my grandland x loves oil. RAC called out 6 times now and no faults found. Service dept says they cant find fault either...but the warning light comes and goes. Biggest piece of crap ive ever owned
