My Vauxhall App - Issue

On a thread on facebook quite a few are reporting the my vauvhall app appears to have stopped working siince New year. The apps connects but it almost like you need to reconnect via bluetooth to record any journeys.

Anyine else experiencing this?

Same here I have sent a report via the app. My app is not working at all. I think it may have something to do with the OnStar unit that is in my car that has now stopped working due to Vauxhall not keeping the OnStar Europe as this ended on the 31st of December and now the app doesn't work.

If you go onto the my Vauxhall App there is a option on the opening page that says contact and assistance. I used this to log the issue if more people do this we might get the issue resolved.

Mine has never worked with tracking mileage, although the car location and climate control works.

The last time I used the car it gave the normal you have new journey details notification, when I opened the app there was nothing and all the history had gone as well. Today nothing happened at all when I went out. Case raised.

Yes this is exactly the same with me. I start the car then it says on my phone Vauxhall would like to communicate so I press allow and start the journey. When I finish the journey there is nothing at all. The only thing it does know is where my car is. That’s it ??????

The app is able to guide you back to your car, provided the vehicle's last known position is logged in the app. Using the map feature the app can then guide you back to that position.
