Good morning,

I was wondering whether anyone knows how to remove the plastic trim surrounding the gearstick?

I've lifted the leather bit of the gear knob up to have a look underneath and there seems to be quite large clips holding the trim in place but I couldn't detach them, so I wonder if I was doing something wrong.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi mate.

No, no issues. Just one of my mods called for it to be taken off so I can work on it easily and at home. I'll post pics of everything soon hopefully.

Car looks funny and weird with the centre console taken apart. Had to drive like that for an appointment too lol. Thankfully it didn't affect the vehicle in any way.
