. The map updates are usually every quarter and the firmware updates vary but seem to be roughly every 6 to 9 months. If the Vauxhall app does not work for your VIN then I would get in touch with Vauxhall so they can resolve the issue.

Hi Grandland X68 Thanks for the info don't know who to phone regarding this matter the first time I phoned Vauxhall was a experience to say the least, had lots of details off me only to tell me to phone my local Vauxhall dealer.
Who do I need to talk to at Vauxhall if possible to phone direct have you any idea.

I would call Vauxhall Customer care first and explain the issue which they will give you reference number. Then if you don't get anywhere the next point of call would be the Vauxhall CEO office.

HI FRED,
I managed to update the maps. But i have failed to update infotainment system file for my grandland x. It keeps saying this version is not compatibe with this hardware.

Vauxhall customer services has provided me this file named as "PSA_ovip-int-firmware-version_21-08-87-32_NAC-r1_NAC_EUR_WAVE2" for infotainment system update.

Please help.
