Can't access MY Vauxhall

Every time I try to go onto MyVauxhall I get a message saying :- Request Header Fields Too Large and that's it . No problems with internet etc. Getting very frustrated. Any help most welcome. TIA

Try clearing the web pages cache on your computer, the page maybe reloading an older version you have and thus refreshing from the cache.
