Usb and 3 pin plug no more?

Bought ultimate on promise of usb point in boot , usb and 3 pin plug in back seat area, pick car up yesterday didn’t think to check but for whatever reason no usb’s of 3 pin plug?

Sorry forgot to say lot of disabled people with electric mobility chairs bought ultimate for the 3 pin plug to charge chair, at no point did Vauxhall inform anyone these features where being removed.

It's been noted several times on here that Vauxhall had changed the specifications by dropping things like the power sockets

We went to a ViP event at the launch of the Grandland at our local dealership.
The model we saw was the 1.2 petrol Auto Petrol Ultimate edition. After looking around the car as I'm a tall driver and checking the spec and features we ordered the car.
After months of no communication from the dealership we chased them to double check the specifications of the car we ordered. The dealership sales manager couldn't confirm what spec car would arrive until it was delivered to the dealership! He did advise that the electric driver seat was not ever available. The car at the VIP event was a demonstration model and we should have been told by the Vauxhall that this was not the spec we would receive.
When it arrived it had missing electrical adjustable and programmable front seat, rear USB, no SOS button, park assist button missing and other things.
The dealership back tracked and said he never said anything about the demonstration model not being available. Vauxhall customer service refused to help saying all cars are subject to change of specifications at any time. First and last Vauxhall! It's had two replacement infotainment screens as they have just gone bang and been recalled twice.
We will be going back to VW.
