Morning all.

Quick question - when I look at the onstar dashboard, all it says is tyre pressure good.
Next to it is an image of a car with dashes next to each tyre - why is the pressure not being displayed?

Any ideas?

Cheers!

Ah okay - found the answer in the fault forum, it appears the Grandland doesn't display the pressures.......
That answers that then

It's strange that on an up to date motor it does not display tyre pressures. Found them invaluable on the Mokka X as you could quickly check all was well before one set out. After all the tyres have to be monitored. Must be a Peugeot thing.

I agree that the Mokka tyre pressure monitoring system which uses a sensor within each wheel to record the actual pressure is far superior to the Grandland system that uses the ABS sensors to monitor the circumference of each wheel and therefore spot any changes due to tyre deflation. Well that's my understanding anyway, of course It wouldn't be the first time I got it wrong.

I think that's correct, Spikey.
It's a software system that needs no extra hardware to work.
IMO, it's less to go wrong, and fewer expensive parts to replace.
