Cheers, yes I used a 32gb stick.... could that have been the problem?

Possible, I used a 64gb stick, but partitioned it, so I only formatted 16.5gb in FAT32 system, Having a look online the max size is 32gb, so you should be able to format it.

The option has still not reappeared, but discovered if you put you vin number into Peugeot site you can get updates there. Mine now on Quarter 1 18 version 8.0.0
