I was logged onto My Vauxhall and noticed an article announcing the on the road pricing for the new Hybrid 4.

Business premium £35,590
SRi Nav £40,300
Elite Nav £42,200
Ultimate Nav £45,450.

Just crossed that off my future list.

There are several extra things to throw into the mix, having spoken to my local dealer about these.
Firstly, there is likely to be no or very little wriggle room on the price of the Business Premium version
Dealers are still waiting to hear from Vauxhall how much discount the factory will give on the prices of the other variants.
The spec level for the Business Premium variant is based on the Elite, but is special to the phev only, while the Elite spec includes the regular cars as well as the phev. The Business Premium version is likely to be much better value for money than the Elite, but this will depend on discounts.
Only the Business Premium version will attract normal rates of road tax for mixed fuel cars. All the others have a list price before discount of more than £40K and will therefore suffer the additional road tax penalty.
At the moment, there are almost no options available for the phev cars, just the four variants listed. For anyone who is interested, it seems as though the Elite is the only version to have the glass roof panel. This would be a deal breaker for me if the car had this; I need the headroom, which is OK on the metal roofed versions.

Re my comment about the glass roof panel. I emailed VX to see what was what about which models will have the roof panel. The answer is that it is not standard on any of the PHEVs and it isn't an option either. This seems to be confirmed by looking at the models on the Opel sites around Europe. PHEV=no roof panel.
The luggage capacity is also somewhat reduced as there is no two-level floor - this being taken up with battery.
On the other hand, you get 4 wheel drive, 300 horsepower, a 0-62mph time of just over 6 seconds, and a theoretical top speed of 146mph.
