Seat pockets

Hi
I went to my car this morning to put a bag back in the passenger Seat pocket and I heard a crack. It seems the top part of the pocket has some plastic or maybe metal inside that seems to of snapped.
I have attached a photo of where the issue is and it still works but you can feel the top part circled in red is broken.
Any ideas?
