Obvioulsy memory but what memory?

Thanks.

Hi Paddy. The MEM button on the steering wheel is to do with the cruise control.

I have copied this extract from the Handbook. Hope this helps..

If the cruise control is active, the
recognised speed limit will be
displayed in the Driver Information
Centre and MEM illuminates.
Press MEM on the steering wheel to
request saving of the suggested
speed.
Press MEM on the steering wheel
once more to confirm and save the
new speed setting.
This speed is the new value for the
cruise control.

Here's a link to the manual in PDF form:
https://www.opel.ie/content/dam/opel/ir ... -en_19.pdf
A 'find' box is in the top right corner of my PDF reader.
I typed MEM in the box and it found the item referred to above.

In most basic terms, if you've got cruise control activated at for example 80mph but sign detection detected last speed limit as 60mph, if you press mem twice, it'll automatically set your cruise control to that 60mph or whatever last speed limit sign was detected.
