I am looking for help on this one. Could any member take a photograph similar to the attached one of mine.

It's to see if anyone has any software marked against the Risk Area part.

Mine is the same mate. Don't really know why. Need to update it again though - you've got a newer system version than I do.

Hi Mark.C The Risk areas part of the software I was informed by Vauxhall will never show anything as its Peugeot software. You can still get the option of Risk areas from Vauxhall but for some reason it doesn't show,

Thanks for that GLX68. Vauxhall have responded to me and I have to fill out a long winded form for them to send it off to France. They gave me a fix which is the same as on the Vauxhall Connect website but no change.

One thing they did mention was to switch off the Privacy Mode. But the 18 Plate do not have this. Odd!

I have an issue with my sat nav. Since I updated the system I do not get any traffic updates. I have the vauxhall connect up and running but I never get the tomtom name appear on the sat nav. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Very odd. Vauxhall contacted me on Friday by phone about this and sent me an email asking for more details.

This morning I got a reply from them over the info I had sent, basically saying all is in order and any issues go to the dealer.

Anyhow did the school run this afternoon and guess what. It works! I feel some I T intervention has occurred.
