Hi, new to the forum so hello everyone. Just purchased a new grandland x sri nav.
When i go onto the vauxhall connect website my Live Navigation just says activation in progress.
Not sure what else i have to do.
I have activated the danger zones etc that it says with the help download.
Thanks everyone

Are you using iPhone or Android?

Do you have a TomTom traffic icon in the bottom right of the maps?

I thought mine didn't work, but with Android you have to go into WiFi Hotspots and enable Bluetooth Tethering after every phone reboot. When I enabled this everything worked.

Using both. I have android and my wife has iphone.
Yeah i have the tom tom icon on the maps screen.
Also have the Bluetooth tethering enabled.
The maps work and the petrol station, traffic etc are all on the map.
Just wondered why it still says activation in progress on the website.

Just wondering if anyone can help regarding this.
The connected service status just says not available, i have registered everything on the my vauxhall website.
Also that is the only option i get, on the instructions it says their should be a 'wifi' and 'private mode' option but i only get 'connection service' option.
Please help.

On that screen on mine it show both the USB ports and the phone if Connected .

you may need to check you phone connection, not sure where it is but if i think if you go into the phone screen, there is a way to click on the phone connected and select what is allowed , you have to tick the data sharing box, like i said i do not remember at the moment, but mine occasionally forgets this option, so i can find it very easy when i am sat in the car.

by the way mine still says activation in progress and i joined on the 28th Feb, all seems to work

If you still can't get it i will sit in the car next time i respond

Is it possible that some option on the actual phone is causing the issues?

Logged in and signed up to Connect. Followed the instructions but no WiFi button to sign into. But pressing the WiFi OnStar button I get a mobile hotspot, obviously the cars original one but no way of editing it or connection in any other way?

I'm getting the same, no wifi option to click, everything that I think should be turned on is, ie hotspot, tethering etc. But definitely no wifi icon like in the instructions, plus I cant get my driving data to connect to my app either. Not sure if its compatible with my car maybe, but everything on the app suggests it is.
