Thanks Dbuckel, that sounds encouraging! Maybe I'll also raise another case, although last time I did they just came back with the usual response of reinstalling the app etc. Worth pursuing then! :-)

Many thanks

Spurred on by comments in this thread, I had a go this weekend and successfully loaded FW 21.08.84.12, downloaded using the Opel Update Windows program linked below and Mapping version 18 also linked below. Nice to see the vauxhall logo on startup and nice bright temp display. The Map now shows the new housing development round the corner, not that I plan to go there! Thanks for advice all.

Can anyone help me with this update please.
My car has also been in my local Vauxhall dealer 3 times now but unfortunately they cannot get it updated either.
Either no media content or no files on usb coming up on screen.
Vauxhall have raised it with the Vauxhall tech team.
When i click on the above link, it just takes me to the tom tom website.
Where do i go from there?
Thanks

On the Tom-tom site, having used the link above, scroll down to 'In-dash Navigation', 'update'.

Hi Bry607
The following is an alternative link that you may find easier to follow, https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/in-dash-navigation/

Thanks for those links but not sure if i am doing something wrong but when i go to onto the update section, it just sends me to the Vauxhall website.

Would the update maybe not work due to my vehicle having the vehicle status and information and also live navigation activated in the vauxhall connect?
Thanks

The update files are available on both the vauxhall site and tom-tom site.
