I am collecting a 2020 Grandland X Business Edition Nav Premium 4WD on Wednesday. I do not really ubderstand the trim levels but it seems to have most of the features that i want.
The car is to replace a Citroen C5 Aircross 2.0 diesel. I like the Citroen very much but we have recently moved to a very rural location where we will be doing short trips on winding, single track roads. This causes problems with modern diesels as they need longer runs to regenrate the DPF. Also, the windy roads make it impractical to maintain a steady speed so I am constantly accelrating and then braking for corners. This made me start looking for a hybrid with regerative braking, both to recapture the energy and save wear on the brakes.
I had not realised how much the two cars have in common until my test drive. It is obvious that many of the electronics are the same.
