Sunroof blind broke

Hi bought an 18 plate back in August, when I picked the car up the blind for sunroof didn't work. In October it was fixed free of charge, however the exact same issue has happened again. Now the blind is stuck open. Phoned them as was only fixed less than 6 months ago, they've said they will charge £138 just to look at it and then will be a charge to fix it.

Anyone had the same issue and know how much to fix?

Does the motor make any noise when you press the buttons?

Have you tried gently pushing around the edges to see if its caught or come loose.

The dealership still have a requirement to look and repair if the fault is the same as it should be guaranteed for 1 year unless otherwise stated on the paperwork when it was done six months ago.

Yes when pressing the button you can hear it as if it'd trying to move.

We have tried pulling it slightly to get it started but doesn't help.

Oh really, it was arnold clark who fixed it. We didn't pay for it as noticed the fault when we purchased it from the dealership. I will contact them again to query

Ok. Does it move at all?

Have you tried checking the sides to see if they click etc where it stops.

Yh it should be covered for a reasonable period of time and if they fixed it before it should be on there system and covered.

No it doesn't move at all. Just makes the sound.

I have contacted the dealership again so waiting on a response.
