Which way round to replace dipped or main beam H7 bulbs in Grandland X

Does anyone know which orientation the bulb holders and bulbs need to be when inserted into the rear of the lamp housings? I seem to be struggling getting them to fit and clip in. Grandland X sport 2018 with halogen bulbs.
