Front bumper removal

Hi, does anyone know how to remove the front bumper to be able to replace a broken top grille?

I'd also like to know this please as I want to remove either the whole bumper or at least the centre grille section without breaking all the clips!!

There are videos on YouTube how to do it on crossland. Grandland is very similar.
