Grandland X 1.2 Petrol 2018.

Hi all, my fan temperature was not functioning correctly some time ago. I put up with it but now it has died. So I'm forced to investigate. Reviewing all of the threads on here, there's some speculation and dealer... Stated resolutions. But nothing to help me.
The issue: Temperature blew cold for a period and then erratically heat and cold no matter the settings, and then the fan motor stopped functioning.

What have I done to date... Following the threads on here, I have checked the basics, fuses and relays all have continuity and operate as relays should. I have replaced the climate module and fan resistor believing the fan to still be of good standing (I took it apart to check, still free t rotate and motor bushes are free to move and plenty of brush material remaining).

It is fair to say there is scant information as to these repairs. So steadily I am disassembling my car to get to the bottom of the issue. Where I find more content, (Including, Drop links and the ubiquitous Wet Belt and Water Pump replacement) I will post it accordingly.

So... An update.
With everything removed in the attached image, the fan.. for some reason.. is running.? At a moderate speed, at a warmish temperature. Obviously there's no fan control with the current state of disassembly. So, do I have a line or earth issue? or is this a pre-mode to a run fan unit prior to the control mechanism being deployed? No idea, but confirms the fan's good and the connected replacement modules are allowing function of some sort.
