21plate grandland elite nav 1.5d auto

hi all, going to look at a 21 plate elite nav 1.5d auto next weekend, had a 68plate 1.5d elite nav last year but swapped it for a 19plate mokka,
reason i got rid was the cam chain issue as it had the 7mm chain, it had a knock on the suspension i couldnt find ,wasnt overy impressed with the pano roof, too hot in the summer and condensation in the winter,
are there any issues with the newer grandlands, engine or autobox, its on 45k which to me is a little high and asking 15k at a main dealer
any advice would be appreciated
