Steering Wheel + Console Electrics Problem

Hi,

2018 Grandland X.
Bought it in 2021.

About 6 months after buying it, all the buttons on the steering wheel became unresponsive (volume control etc).
The console screen worked but features like climate control didnt. It gave an electrical/power error when trying to access that.
When the engine was turned off and the driver door opened, the radio would stay on. (used to go off automatically).

Brought it to the garage, under warranty, and they couldnt find a fault. I believe at the time they changed battery and did software update and it 'fixed' it.
However, several weeks/months later it happened again. Brought it to garage. They couldnt find the fault, but effectively a battery reset fixed it.

It happens regularly now. Every few months, sometimes weeks. If I leave it go long enough without bringing it to the garage, the battery eventually drains. A jump start gets the battery running and 'fixes' the electrical problem. Garage have never idintified the issue.

This is more than likely total conincidence, but for some reason I think it happens sometimes when a phone is connected by bluetooth. For example yesterday evening, a phone was connected by bluetooth, and the problem started happening. This is probably total coincidence but its just something I wanted to mention. I connect my phone to it regularly and the problem doesnt happen for most of those connections.

It's very frustrating as I have googled the issue several times but I havent come across it. Also, the dealer dont seem to know what to do.

Im wondering has anyone ever come across anything like this?

EDIT: I'm attaching the error that shows up when I try to access the climate control button (note: the car isnt powered off at this point, it just seems to think it is)
