Maps & Firmware updated to latest level

Just wanted to thank all the members for posting the links and giving guidance on how to do the updates above.
You made it so easy to do the updates.
Car was delivered with V14.....yes v14 maps, about 18 months out of date as was the firmware.
I expected the car to be delivered with the latest that Vauxhall had as part of the PDI process they are supposed to do.
I let the salesmen know that I was disappointed and he went off to investigate and feedback to me.
A week later I'm still waiting for said feedback.
